MAJOR software problems. Seems to disconnect from the internet on its own and gives you a message to connect to usb when you try to reconnect. Then you have to do a factory reset (thus losing all your data, aps and settings). My first Thunderbolt did this. After 4 resets got a new one. Now my new one just started doing it too. ARGH!!! They are fedexing me a 3rd. Not happy. Stay away until they get the bugs out. On my 3rd Thunderbolt in 2 weeks. MAJOR software problems.
